LIMITED WARRANTY
Microwave Circuits, Inc. ("MC") warrants to the original
purchaser that all products manufactured by MC (the "Product")
are free of material defects in construction and workmanship and shall
repair or replace at its option, any defective Product returned
transportation prepaid accompanied by a return authorization, within one
year of purchase from MC provided the Product has not been modified,
abused, or tampered with.
MC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND MC HEREBY DISCLAIMS
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
MC's maximum liability hereunder shall be limited to the purchase price of
the Product. In no event shall MC be liable for any consequential,
indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or installation of
the Product. Some states do not allow for limitations on incidental or
consequential damages so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other
rights which vary from state to state.
