Surface Mount Bandpass filter, Part# B0103131 |
|
|---|---|
|
Microwave Circuits, Inc. is now manufacturing a
Helical Surface Mount Bandpass Filter, Part Number B0103131, which features
a passband of 312 MHz to 315 MHz with an insertion loss of less than 5
dB at 313.5 MHz and excellent selectivity of greater than 10 dBc at 310
MHz and 317 MHz. Insertion loss is less than 6 dB and return loss is greater
than 10 dB over the entire passband. The 20 Watt power handling ability
and surface mounting configuration fills the unique need of telemetry
transmitters and receivers, wireless radio products and base station transceivers,
with a size of 1.50” W x 0.50 “ H x 2.50” L. The rugged construction yields
superior vibration and shock resistance for a helical filter. The in/out
pins are 0.020 ” diameter silver plated, the CNC milled housing is aircraft
6061 silver plated aluminum, and the lid is solder sealed for excellent
environmental performance. |
Surface Mount Lowpass filter, Part# FL0005M1 |
|
|
Microwave Circuits Inc. introduces the FL0005M1
Surface Mount Lowpass Filter. This filter is highly durable which features
Insertion Loss of less than 1 dB from DC- 5.0 MHz, a 3 dB Insertion Loss
@ 5.8 MHz Nominal. It is “virtually indestructible” with an encapsulated
epoxy filling and Rejection greater than 20 DBC at 8 MHz and Rejection
greater than 40 DBC at 10-200 MHz. It is conveniently priced for high
reliability and long lasting use. The size is just 0.25” H x 0.38” W x
0.75” L excluding connections. This filter has bi-directional .050” tabs
for your SMT applications. |
Surface Mount Ceramic filters, Part# C031880E & C031960J |
|
|
Microwave Circuits,
Inc. is a leading provider of high performance ceramic bandpass filters,
as demonstrated by its pair of filters the C031880E and C031960J. These
surface mount Bandpass filters are constructed of high dielectric constant
ceramic coaxial resonators. The center frequency is precisely determined
by grinding of the ceramic under CNC control. They are temperature stable
low phase noise devices with center frequencies of 1880 MHz and 1960 MHz
respectively with insertion loss at center frequency equal to 1 dB nominal.
Electromagnetic coupling of two coaxial resonator sections forms the filter’s
0.5 dB bandwidth equal to 60 MHz minimum and 50 OHM VSWR of less than
1.5: 1 typical, ideal for your 1850-1910 & 1930-1990 MHz applications.
Their compact size is just 0.26” H x 0.39” W x 0.70” L excluding tabs.
These high Q filters have 0.020 “ diameter silver plated RF pins, are
reflow solderable, shipped in tape and reel, and economically priced
for high volume and short lead times. |
High power Lowpass filter, Part# L1202701 |
|
|
Microwave Circuits,
Inc. introduces one of a new series of High Power Lowpass Filters. The
L1202701 features a passband of DC to 120 MHz with a passband insertion
loss of less than 0.2 dB. Its rugged construction can easily handle an
average power of 40 Watts and Peak power of 1 kW into 50 Ohms. The filter
is used for harmonic rejection at transmitter outputs to eliminate spurious
emissions. The Housing is very robust with plenty of heat sinking and
uses one-piece silver plated connectors that are screwed and soldered
to the filter housing, and as typical of the high quality Microwave Circuits
filters, has a solder sealed lid. The smooth fiinish applied is mil-aircraft
quality polyurethane paint. This Low Pass Filter typically measures over
100 dB Rejection up to 1 GHz and saves equipment providers from having
to use two filters in series to reach these high rejection levels. The
size is 1.50” H x 1.50” W x 8.00” L excluding N female connectors and
every one ships with with test data at a very affordable cost. |
